OVERVIEW

Provide phone and PC/LAN support to customers, using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot software, applications, and related network problems. Resolve basic to moderately complex end user support issues on “first call” resolution model or escalates as needed. Complete routine work orders and move/add/change requests, including patches, upgrades, software deployments, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on related systems.


The hours for the role are 11:00pm-7:30am.
